Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. AJ HOME DESIGN is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

1.2  Risk of Loss

All products purchased from AJ HOME DESIGN are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

1.3 Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or absence during delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Some items, such as clearance items, customized furniture, or special orders, may not be eligible for returns.

 

1.2  Restocking Fee
